Service Description

Reiki is a method of channeling life force energy that can help with the body, emotional and spiritual aspects. It can improve general wellbeing, can help reduce stress and promote relaxation. I will identify any issues with your chakras and advise how to manage this as part of the treatment. This will not be a face-to-face booking. Please disregard the Zoom link. This is only sent so it is added as an appointment date and time. I will conduct the Distance Reiki on the date and time you have scheduled and send over an explanation of any findings via your preferred contact Method. I will send a link to meditation music for you to listen to during the session ( please ensure you have provided the correct contact details). For the session, you will need to be in a meditative state, either in a seated position or lying down for the whole duration. The mini-reading will be conducted after the Reiki Session and will be sent to you in written format.
