Appointments
Please ensure you are on time to your scheduled appointment. Appointments will conclude at the stated time , even if you are late. The appointment will be adjusted to suit the timeframe we have.
I cannot be held responsible should your internet connection or device not connect for the appointment.
Delivery Location
All appointments will be held remotely . They will usually be held on zoom , aside from distance Reiki where no face to face interaction will take place.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment may be rescheduled if 48 hours notice is given in writing to Daniellevioletpsychicmedium@gmail.com
You may cancel your appointment if 72 hours notice is given in writing to Daniellevioletpsychicmedium@gmail.com
Complaints procedure
In the extremely unlikely event you are unhappy with your chosen service , please contact us and we will aim to find a suitable resolution with in 48 hours
